Pop-up video

Remember the pop-up videos you could watch on VH1? Well what do you get when you mix Buffy and a pop-up video? A Buffy pop-up video! The creator of this is a genius.

Cars.

The pressure of getting your license at a young age is pretty extreme. All your friends are getting their's and it makes you feel like you should hurry up and get it even though you don't really feel that you are ready. But watching Buffy can make you feel good about yourself again. Buffy never did get her license, and several of the other characters. Lets see who can and can not drive .

Buffy- Can not. There has been parts where she has asked her mom if she can get it. (Season 2, Surprise, Season 3, Band Candy.) And even takes a wild ride (Season 3 Band Candy) But never gets her license.

Xander- Xander does have his license. We see him driving plenty of times. (season 3, The Zeppo season 4, Restless, etc.)

Willow- We are never informed that Willow has her license, but she does drive a car when she's a little bit wacky. (season 6, wrecked.)

Giles- Giles does have his license. (Season 5 Shadow, Real me etc.)

Anya- It is confirmed that Anya can't drive (season 5 Triangle) But she is pretty good at it, in season 4, Restless. But of course that was just a dream.

Spike- He can drive. (season 2, Becoming part 1 and 2, School Hard. etc.) But I have my doubts that he actually has his license.

Tara- She is never seen driving.

Oz- Oz drove a van and it was quite useful. (season 2, Halloween, season 3 Graduation Day.)

Cordelia- Cordelia can drive. In season 1, The Witch it is told she has failed Driver's Ed Course twice. But she must have passed because later she has a car and is driving.

Angel- Angel can drive. I do not think you learn this in Buffy (Please correct me if I'm mistaken.) But he does have a car in Angel.

Dawn- Dawn never drives.

So lets sum this up

Can Drive Can't

Xander Buffy
Giles Willow
Spike Anya
Angel Tara
Oz Dawn
Cordelia

Wow. Lets take a look at this. Cordelia is the only female that can drive. So all the males can drive and all the females (minus one)- well can't. Call me what you like, but isn't that sexist? Well fine with me. I'm female and I have no intention of driving, so add me to the list of Can't.

Can't

Buffy
Willow
Anya
Tara
Dawn
Olivia

The Magic of Hair

So I've decided that I am not going to post bios up of the Buffy characters or everything else that you could ever know about the show, because there is a thousand sites out there already dedicated to that. Instead I am going to discuss it and put my thoughts up and I encourage you to post comments on what you feel also.

So my thought of the day is:

Dawn's Hair

It seems that every where I go, well on message boards anyway, people do not like Dawn. But I do. I never have seen her as being whiny. Yes she has some annoying factors but in season 5 she was only fourteen which everyone at that age is going to have some. And she did whine sometime after finding out she was the Key but you can't really blame her. I mean if you found out that you only came into this world six months ago, when you thought you were really fourteen, and all your memories are fake, you wouldn't be a pocketful of sunshine ether. But that's not the point. The point is her hair. Yes. I mean look at that. You have to admit. That's some fine hair. When ever I try to wear my down, it turns into a frizz ball. It's the warm air or something. But how many of you love her hair? Well I do and I've notice someone else that does too. Buffy. Wow does Buffy touch her hair a lot. I'm re watching season five and Buffy sure does run her hands through it but who could blame her.

No Place Like Home

It's just so soft.

Shadow

Buffy. You're creeping me out.

Triangle

Geesh Buffy. Get a grip on yourself.
I'm going have to keep my eyes open for more of Buffy feeling Dawn's hair up. But I've also noticed how in awe Buffy looks every time she runs her fingers through it.

The Love of Buffy

Lets start with discussing the wonderful world of Buffy characters. I will add one weekly. So my first post of course will be about Buffy herself.

Buffy was born in the year 1981. Her parents are Hank and Joyce Summers and are divorced. Buffy attended Hemery High School, in LA, but was kicked out after burning down the gymnasium. Her and her mother moved to Sunnydale, Caifornia, where as a sophomore enrolled in Sunnydale High school. This is where her adventures began.

Buffy was hoping to get away from her slaying duties but it didn't go as planned. She was assigned a new watcher, Rupert Giles. She is best friends with Willow Rosenberg and Alexander Harris.

She dated a vampire with a soul, name Angel for three years but he broke it off. After High School she went to Sunnydale College and there met Parker. Things didn't work out between them since Parker is a pig. It took Buffy some time to get that Parker was a jerk and it didn't have anything to do with her. Soon afterwards not so piggy Riley came in and swept her heart away. Buffy thought at first she was finally with a normal guy but then found out Riley worked with the Initiative. In season five of the show, Riley left Buffy knowing Buffy didn't really love him. That next year Buffy had a thing with Spike. It wasn't true love (although in the episode Chosen, she said he loved him but he denied it.), in fact she was using him and soon broke it off with him. In season seven she briefly dated Sunnydale Highschool's new principle, Principle Wood, but nothing evolved from that.

Buffy died twice. The Master killed her in season one but Xander brought her back and in season five she sacrificed herself to save the world. The next season Willow brought her back. She thought it was for the best but sadly we find out later, that it wasn't for Buffy was in heaven.
